Coaching with Barb will provide you with a safe space to be heard and understood while providing you with specific strategies and new tools. Your personalized coaching with Barb will lead to ease in your relationship with your daughters and result in you being the parent you want to be.

Barb and her team offer in-person and virtual coaching for girls and parents.

Barb and her team accept Venmo, cash, credit cards and checks for payment. We do not accept insurance.

Girls: We recommend a minimum of three to six months of coaching to achieve some, if not all, of the desired results. For the first few months of coaching, we meet with girls weekly. At that point, the frequency of subsequent sessions is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Parents: Barb offers parent coaching on an as-needed basis.

Barb coaches girls ages 15-25.

Miranda coaches girls ages 13-25.
