Coaching with Barb will provide you with a safe space to be heard and understood while providing you with specific strategies and new tools. Your personalized coaching with Barb will lead to ease in your relationship with your daughters and result in you being the parent you want to be.

Schedule a coaching session

Barb is a licensed, masters-level social worker, former therapist, as well as a certified graduate of the Teen Wisdom™ Teen Life Coaching Program.

Barb’s wonderful team of coaches, Rachel Ladov and Caitlyn Weeks, have masters degrees in Social Work and Counseling (respectively). Both are certified Teen Wisdom coaches as well. Learn more about Rachel and Caitlyn, here.

Barb offers in-person coaching for girls and in-person, virtual or telephone coaching for parents.

Barb’s team of coaches, Rachel and Caitlyn, have offices located in north and central Austin (respectively). They offer in-person and virtual teen life coaching.

Barb and her team accept cash, credit cards and checks for payment. We do not accept insurance.

Girls: Barb recommends a minimum of three to six months of coaching to achieve some, if not all, of the desired results. For the first few months of coaching, Barb meets with girls weekly. At that point, the frequency of subsequent sessions is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Parents: Barb offers parent coaching on an as-needed basis for parents.

Barb coaches girls ages 15-25. Barb’s team of teen life coaches are available to coach girls and young women ages 14-25.
