I have created this workshop to give you effective, specific strategies to have more positive interactions with your girls and create connections.

• How to negotiate your teens’ power struggles
• Barriers to listening to that create poor interactions

• 20 strategies for effective communication with your teens 

Who is this for?

This workshop is for any parent struggling to have the conversations they really want with their girls whether it be tough conversations when you need to set boundaries or give consequences or you find her shutting you out and you don’t know how to open the line of communication. 

This is for any parent that wants to feel better about the way they speak to their daughters and the way their daughters speak to them.
